On the day of my wedding I was handed my wedding bouquet as I was about to walk down the aisle. I was so disappointed! It was not the color roses I had ordered and they were all brown on the tips. I don't want this to happen to my customers. I want you to be completely happy with each order you place. So please take a moment to review my policies in order to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Please fill out the contact form with details of what you would like. Let me know the color ribbon and stamen (the middle of the flower) you would like, whether you would like a petite or large bouquet, your timeline and any other information that you feel I should know. Please include your email address as well. I will be contacting you back and forth during the entire process of making your bouquet to ensure you are getting what you want.
I ask a deposit of 50% for the bouquets.
If you would like a rush order on a bouquet a $30 fee will be assessed.
Please note that once your designs have been finalized, the fabric choices made, and your photos approved, and the final payment has been received, I ask that no changes be made to the colors and/or accents.
If a change must be made, a $45 fee will be assessed to cover additional materials, and the turnaround may be delayed.
All orders are usually shipped USPS. Shipping price depends on amount ordered/special packaging procedures/weight/order total. Usually between $10-$50. I will refund any postage that is not used. I require shipping insurance with signature confirmation.

I DO NOT accept returns for the bouquets. BUT...If an item is damaged in shipment, please notify me within 24 hours of receiving the package to report a damaged item. All damaged items must be received no later than 5 business days after notification and in the best condition possible. After receiving the item, a new item will either be shipped back to you or your money refunded (for cost of bouquet only).
